All Revolution race wheels are made from a modified high magnesium prime version of LM25 (A356.2) aluminium alloy. Then we solution heat treat & age harden to give between 80 & 90 BHR. The rim thickness is machined to between 4.0 & 4.5mm depending on size & application. Race wheels are usually supplied with matt black painted spokes & have a machined diamond rim that has no protection on the rim.
